Lucid

Lucid Motors entered a partnership with the Saudi Government to build an electric vehicle manufacturing plant. Phase 1 of the project involved site masterplanning work and full design and construction of Semi Knock Down building and associated ancillary facilities.​ The plant started its operation in 2023.

Project Delivery

Joule Group were the fire life safety consultant working with the lead engineering consultant Egis delivering the project for Al Bawani as the contractor and Lucid Motors as ultimate client. Joule Group provided fire life safety consultancy services for this major project. Site planning, fire service response, property protection, resilience, hazardous materials, and fire protection systems were all unique challenges addressed by our fire engineers.
