Joule Group is working with one of the UK’s top housebuilders to assess external façade systems across a large portfolio of existing buildings. 

Project Delivery

Joule Group has worked with the developer on over 25 façade assessment projects to date. The review process for existing external façade systems includes requirements for on-site inspections, the determination of compliance, and, where necessary, careful remedial works. The range of external façade system assessment services provided has included strategic governance, PAS 9980 assessments, EWS1 assessments, peer review, and specialist reviews of proposed remedial works.
