Ebury Bridge Estate

The Ebury Bridge Road scheme is a major redevelopment comprising of 750 new homes, the demolition of 11 existing buildings and the construction of two new tower blocks. In addition, there will be the creation of retail and flexible working spaces along with new public and green spaces, cafes and a community hub. The two new towers contain 17 storeys with a roof-top plant area. The towers are over 50m in height and are connected at first floor level through a podium walkway/garden area. 

Project Delivery

Joule Group continue to work with the façade consultants and design teams to offer expert fire safety engineering support and provide guidance to the multidisciplinary team on all fire safety performance requirements of the façade assembly. This includes technical reviews of specifications, product submittals and drawings, support to achieve EWS1 specification requirements, and detailed inspections of the façades.
