Community Risk Assessment

A large construction site spanning close to 200km2 consisting of multiple building types and the presence of thousands of workers.

The client requested support from Joule Group to identify current fire safety risks on the site to formulate an improvement plan.

Project Delivery

Joule Group undertook a Community Risk Assessment to evaluate the site’s community’s risks while identifying and analysing potential hazards. Joule Group evaluated vulnerabilities within the community prior to the development and implementation of a Community Risk Reduction plan and programs to reduce, mitigate, or eliminate the community’s risks. 

Joule Group undertook site visits and workshops and conducted interviews with key personnel within the locality and the Contractors on site to determine the key risks present. The team subsequently analysed the collected information and made recommendations formulating an action and improvement plan for the client.
