Chelsea Barracks Phase 4

Chelsea Barracks is a former British Army barracks built in 1860s located on Chelsea Bridge Road in the City of Westminster, London. The barracks closed in the late 2000s and the site has been redeveloped for residential use. Joule Group worked closely with Ardmore Group and the wider project team in Phase 4 of the redevelopment which consists of three residential buildings, Blocks 6, 7, and 8, containing 92 new spacious apartments and penthouses.

Project Delivery

Joule Group provided fire safety strategy consultancy services for the project in RIBA Stage 4 and Stage 5 fit-out. We validated the existing design by undertaking technical reviews on architectural drawings and documents, followed by numerous coordination workshops. Once the design direction was aligned, we supported the multi-disciplinary design team and provided a RIBA Stage 5 fit-out fire strategy report.
